For two years, 2015-2016, I was the director of the Therapy Training Center at Seminar Hakibbutzim.
During that time, I reorganized the structure of the Center, introduced some new initiatives and tried to implement some internationally-accepted criteria concerning how training works for the various practices of therapy. This also involved some research work about the legal statue of psychotherapy in Israel. My work in that area led to an article in The Marker.
I also organized a conference in September 2016 which introduced my initiatives.
